Processing times
Please allow 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday) for us to process and ship your order. All packages are provided with a tracking number.
Transit times
Free Shipping – We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Please note: These transit times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, courier issues, or weather-related incidents. Please also note that weekdays do not include weekends or holidays.
Sending order
Once an order is placed, it takes 1-3 business days to process the order. Once your order is fully processed, it will be shipped, and there is an average delivery time of 8-15 business days. Order cut off time is Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM.
All our items are shipped from our warehouse in Asia, which is why delivery times are longer. This allows us to offer quality products at very competitive prices.
Please note: Like many other online stores, we are very busy and delays may occur. Please be aware of this when placing your order. We will do our best to send your package as quickly as possible.
Failed delivery or returned packages
In the event of failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information or undelivered packages, orders may be returned to us. We will contact you if this occurs and arrange a new shipment, which may incur additional shipping costs.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately by email: info@vivienne-sydney.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the problem and find a solution as soon as possible.
