Delivery and Shipping

What is your delivery time?

Once your order is placed, we take 1–3 business days to process it. Delivery then takes 8–12 business days, as products are shipped directly from our international warehouse network to Australia.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, we primarily ship within Australia. We are a Belgian company that specializes in shipping goods to Australian customers.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached.

How can I return an item?

To start a return, email us at info@vivienne-sydney.com. We’ll send you detailed instructions. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Where should I send my return?

All returns must be sent back to our China warehouse. The return address and full instructions will be provided by our customer service team.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are always issued to your original payment method.

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing them. After this time, orders are automatically processed to ensure fast delivery, and cancellations are no longer possible.
