Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we'll send you detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package. Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We'll review the issue and arrange a solution as quickly as possible.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
REFUNDS
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
