General Shipping Information

We ship within Australia only. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse and delivered straight to your door.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and Australian public holidays. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, please allow the following timeframes:

Processing time: 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit time: 8 to 15 business days (Monday to Saturday)
Estimated total delivery time: 11 to 20 business days

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package at every step of its journey.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or restricted zones. Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on regional carrier limitations.

Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

In the event of failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information or undelivered packages, orders may be returned to us. We will contact you if this occurs and arrange a new shipment, which may incur additional shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@vivienne-sydney.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the problem and find a solution as soon as possible.
